Reporting Dates for Officers

  • The Kingdom Seneschal shall report by the 1st of March, June, September, and December.
  • The Kingdom Exchequer shall report quarterly as required by SCA Ltd and SCA NZ Inc, also taking into account the annual reporting dates specified in Article VII of Kingdom Law.
  • Other Kingdom Officers and Deputies shall report quarterly, by the 15th of February, May, August, and November.
  • Reeves shall send a report to the Chancellor of the Exchequer quarterly, by the 15th of January, April, July, and October.
  • Seneschals of Baronies and Shires shall report quarterly, by the 15th of February, May, August, and November – please use the reporting form.
  • Other officers of Baronies and Shires shall report quarterly, by the 1st of February, May, August, and November.
  • Seneschals of Incipient Groups, Colleges and Cantons shall report quarterly, by the 15th of January, April, July and October – please use the reporting form.
  • Other officers of Incipient Groups, Colleges and Cantons shall report quarterly, by the 1st of January, April, July and October.

Failure to so report without appropriate explanation can be grounds for suspension or removal from office.

  • recording and conveying essential information, e.g. finances
  • helping identify opportunities
  • sharing good ideas
  • helping identify trouble spots or people
  • creating a record regarding important matters that may later bite us
  • proof of life and consciousness
  • starting a meaningful conversation with someone who can help (some people are a bit reluctant to start such conversations outside reporting cycles, even though they really can)
